They went above and beyond to help us, from storing our luggage to ordering food and arranging transportation. Friendly staff, great room, and delicious breakfast options. A delightful stay!

Came in Hanoi for trip, the hotel met the purpose. The staff were friendly and supper friendly and took care of me. I loved the room and its nice decor. Had a nice stay on a first visit, and would come back for sure.

It was enjoyable time in Hanoi. The room we had included cable channels, a mini fridge bar, and coffee and tea making facilities. The location was incredible to many places of interest and the staff here was top-class and exceptionally attentive.

I stayed at Gatsby Hotel for 1 night and returned for 4 more nights. Tracy and her colleagues were fantastic, going above and beyond to help us. They allowed us to store our luggage and ordered food for us. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel manager was incredible, organizing tours and giving us complimentary food. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great. Excellent service all around.

The pho ga was absolutely delicious, seasoned with lime for an amazing flavor explosion. They truly deserve a raise! The hotel's location in the old quarter was perfect, with the lake just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious and clean, and having a balcony on the front was a nice touch. The street was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to restaurants and shops made exploring the city a breeze. The airport pick-up service was reliable and reasonably priced. Communication before our stay was easy, and the staff were fluent in English. The receptionist went out of her way to make our stay great, even arranging a last-minute ride for us. We were blown away by the warm welcome and thoughtful gestures, like a refreshing drink and a honeymoon cake in our room. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Vietnamese and continental cuisine, and the waitresses were incredibly helpful. we cannot recommend this hotel enough and can't wait to return.

The location was great, close to a performing arts theater. A twin room was modern with large bed. The place had a special atmosphere.

Fantastic and amazing location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, you can walk everywhere. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a good view and nice balcony, as example was not a problem. Very hospitable staff provides a good service😃

I had a fantastic time at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided me with all the information I needed for my tours. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. The room was comfortable, with a built-in bathroom and a balcony. The breakfast included was a great start to each day.

Everything was more than satisfactory.

We stayed in a great location, close to many sites, and only a short walk to the night market. We were willing to help with everything, from planning our trip outside of the city to recommending food and drink options in the area. Breakfast was good enough, and I enjoyed the cereal and omelet.

The towels in the bathroom were worn, but still clean.

Best aspects were the location, as it was situated in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter, close to many restaurants and a department store. The hotel facilities were top-notch and very clean. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed any assistance. We also enjoyed the delicious daily breakfast that was provided.
